What I Offer
Psychotherapy
I offer a confidential space to explore life experiences, relationships and the questions that arise in times of difficulty or change. My approach welcomes the interconnectedness of mind and body, as well as the ways our relationships, roles and wider social contexts shape our experience. I have worked with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, stress, loneliness, and questions around clarity and direction in life.
We can work together for a shorter period around a particular difficulty or transition, or develop a longer-term therapeutic relationship where there is space to explore more deeply. The shape and pace of the work can be discussed together and can change as your needs change.
I work online or in person in North Herefordshire. If you are interested in working in person, please get in touch for more information about location. I offer a sliding scale of pricing from £60 to £80 for 50 minute sessions.
Relationship Therapy
Relationships can be places of connection, intimacy and belonging, but they can also bring us into contact with hurt, conflict and patterns that are difficult to shift on our own. I offer relationship therapy for couples and other relationships who want to understand what is happening between them and find new ways of relating.
Relationships often develop their own patterns: ways of communicating, responding, withdrawing, pursuing, protecting or becoming stuck. These patterns can feel very familiar and can be difficult to see clearly when we are caught up in them. Therapy can provide a space to slow these interactions down and become curious about what is happening between you.

Conflict Facilitation & Organisational Coaching
I offer facilitation for individuals, groups and organisations. My approach has been shaped by a number of complementary practices.
I support groups through conflict, difficult decision-making, and the process of developing their systems and ways of working together. Depending on the situation, this might involve facilitated dialogue, whole system exploration, restorative processes, working with entrenched patterns or tensions within a group, or supporting people to find ways forward when there are significant differences in needs and perspectives.
I bring particular attention to the relational and often less visible aspects of conflict — including atmosphere, emotion, body language, what is difficult to say, and the patterns that can develop within groups. My role is not to decide who is right, but to support a process in which people can listen, understand more of what is happening, and develop ways of working together that are responsive to their particular context.
